Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Aura Intelligence is a real-estate discovery and location-intelligence service. We help users compare neighborhoods, nearby amenities, apartment information, and agent options. We are not a party to any rental, sale, lease, pledge, or brokerage agreement unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

2. Eligibility and access

• You must be legally able to use online services and enter into agreements in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, including contact details, search preferences, and listing-related content.
• We may limit, suspend, or block access if we believe the service is being misused or used in a way that could harm users, agents, property owners, or the platform.

3. Search, listings, and AI assistance

• Aura may use automated tools to interpret search requests, highlight neighborhood signals, rank potential matches, and summarize listing context.
• AI-generated results are recommendations, not guarantees. They may be incomplete, outdated, or affected by third-party data quality.
• Always verify the apartment, ownership, price, availability, utility costs, building condition, contract terms, and any registry or legal requirements before committing.

4. Agents and third-party services

Aura may help you contact agents or service providers. Agents, property owners, developers, valuers, measurement providers, contract-template providers, payment providers, map providers, and external listing sources are independent third parties. Their actions, advice, fees, documents, and representations are their own responsibility.

5. User content and listing submissions

• If you submit a listing, message, photo, description, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it.
• You grant Aura permission to store, display, process, translate, summarize, and adapt submitted content as needed to operate and improve the service.
• You must not submit false listings, misleading prices, unauthorized photos, discriminatory content, malware, spam, or content that violates another person's rights.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the website or its APIs.
• Do not impersonate another person, agent, company, or property owner.
• Do not use Aura to facilitate fraud, unlawful discrimination, harassment, money laundering, or unsafe property transactions.
• Do not bypass security controls, rate limits, paywalls, or access restrictions.

7. Intellectual property

Aura's interface, brand assets, software, data models, visual design, and original content belong to Aura or its licensors. You may use the website for personal or legitimate business search purposes, but you may not copy, resell, frame, or commercially exploit the platform without permission.

8. Privacy and communications

When you contact us, use the search tools, or ask to be connected with an agent, we may process the information needed to provide the service. We may also send operational messages about your request. A dedicated Privacy Policy should be reviewed together with these Terms once published.

9. Disclaimers

• Aura is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
• We do not guarantee that listings, prices, photos, scores, distances, travel times, neighborhood signals, agent response times, or availability are always accurate.
• Aura does not provide legal, financial, tax, valuation, engineering, safety, or brokerage advice. You should consult qualified professionals where needed.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Aura is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by third-party listings, negotiations, property conditions, unavailable homes, inaccurate data, or agreements made outside the platform.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product, legal requirements, or business model changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with the effective date above. Continued use of Aura after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
